Levcorp’s experience begins with Director and Licensee Greg Levett, who entered the industry in 1996 through joinery and furniture cabinetmaking before progressing into carpentry, site supervision, project coordination and licensed building.
That experience spans new homes, major renovations, heritage work, hospitals, high-rise construction, penthouse fit-outs, commercial refurbishment, major foyer programs, roof replacement, insurance repairs, disaster-recovery operations, structural works and complex rectification.
It also includes years of ongoing work within major Gold Coast attraction and entertainment properties, where construction and maintenance must be carefully integrated with public safety, operational requirements and strict site controls.
This range allows Levcorp to look beyond an individual task, understand how the wider building is affected and assemble the right approach for the work in front of us.

Levcorp is led by Director and licensed builder Greg Levett, bringing more than 30 years of experience across residential, commercial, remedial and insurance building work.
Greg personally qualifies enquiries, assesses projects and remains involved throughout delivery. Clients have direct access to an experienced builder from the first conversation through to completion, with clear responsibility when decisions need to be made.

Levcorp is licensed in Queensland and New South Wales and fully insured. We stay informed of the regulatory, safety and documentation requirements relevant to each project and ensure appropriately licensed trades, approvals and site controls are in place.
Our systems can accommodate site-specific SWMS, inductions, permits, pre-starts, toolbox meetings, exclusion zones, hazardous-material considerations, product documentation and project reporting. The level of documentation is matched to the work and the requirements of the client, insurer, consultant or operating site.
